VX220 Inlet Pipe fabircation

Hi Guys,

Ive just bought from Forge a 90 Degree 70mm ID silicon elbow, 6 jubilees and a (2M long!!) 68mm drainpipe from B&Q for this lovely little mod... Grand totalling a veritably bargainous £22 😃 showo..

As i dont have the car for the next few days, could someone please let me know if i need anything special to add in the Air Temp Sensor. Is this the only sensor, i think it is!? Im guessing its simply drill an appropriate sized hole, insert and seal? Any other little bits of info?

There is also the fuel regulator and vent pipes coming off the intake pipe unless you have done the fuel reg mod and have fitted a catch tank?

Cheers for the quick reply mate. I have indeed done the FPR mod sorry... Did it ready for the 2.4 inlet.

I never noticed the other one though! Is this easy to stick into the pipe or would i be better fitting the catch tank would you think?

EDIT: Just seen the catch tank threads and im not really that bothered with one. So im guessing i just have to drill out and epoxy in a little breather pipe out of harms way?! cheers..
