Did reply but it timed out so I'll keep the geekness slightly lower this time.
Can be down to them changing your line speed. If your too far away from the exchange it can cause sync problems that will just show as your router binning the connection then re-establishing it. HAs your line speed changed?
Also, double check your settings. Google AOL router settings and make sure they match. (MTU of 1450 I think it is instead of the normal 1400)
Swap your DSL filter for a new one if you got one, or swap it with another on your phone lines.
A good test for if it's a router or line problem would be to get an old modem setup on it. if the modem works fine, then it's the router (or settings) at fault, if it doesn't then it's your line thats tits.
