wher can i buy a weapon r exhaust manifold from or are there others about i have looked at the dBlias one but i would like a better one really.

What car have you got?

I know the VX220 boot needs cutting and also a new downpipe needs to be made, but can't comment on the Astra/vectra/zafiar

It will NOT fit the Astra/Vectra/Zafira without major reconstruction. Vocky sliced & diced his to get it into his Vectra but its now running on his VX220. He had to cut the clam though I think?

dbilas 4-1 cast manifold = £380 + postage from Regal or 270 Euros (£200) inc. postage from a chap called Sven in Germany.

Throney Motorsport 4-1 Tubular manifold = £900

Lexmaul 4-1 manifold inc. cat = £700 from Regal + postage

These will all fit all vechicles.

the dbilas manifold direct from germany is probably the best way to go.

the 4-2-1 tubular manifolds are hard work to fit :roll:

Are you referring to fitting the entire Tsudo system as a whole, or just the 4-2 section?

I bought one of these and intend to fit the 4-2 section to my Astra, then custom make a 2-1 section.

I'm thinking about fitting the Weapon R mainfold into my vx220 but, what about the 2-1 section? Sould I order a new one to 2Bular?

Has sombody order the mainfold to these guys? Everything ok with them?

since i've fixed it and sorted out the exhaust leaks - it sounds a lot more reserved i'm afraid,

reminds me to make an updated video at some point

if so just the down pipe needs mod to fit a vectra?? dunno..

it should do, I think theres more room under a vec C bonnet than a vec B dunno..

I had a weaponR on my vec B 🙂

so let me get this straight. i have a astra coupe. so the top half fits 4-2 section and bottom needs to be custom fabricated. probably a stupid question?

I've checked Regals site and found this ; Regal Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold VX220

Is this a recent addition to their range, I can't recall anyone mentioning it before ?

Nop it's a very old one.... even wonder if it wasn't the first available option for our cars

anyway, if someone plan to have a 2-1 section for a weapon-r/tsudo made, count me in, I have one of them waiting in my garage

I believe regal discontinued the stainless 4-1 and only sell the dbilas now dunno..

Alanoo - the 2-1 section is easy to make for a vx220, just reuse the double flange, weld on two flexi's, join together with a pair of 90 degree bends and then weld another 90 degree bend to join to a sports cat 8)
