Well i modded my bonnet catch last June on the astra as i have a irmsher grill now it started to stick everytime i opened the bonnet but on closer inspection it was actually splaying open and jamming.
It has been ok, until tonight and would not shut at all or push back. I removed the cir-clip and the pin and put it back to the originall hole and it is now shutting and opening with no problems.
I just now have the bonnet catch sticking through the grill really making the front look puke..
Anyone got any ideas? dunno..
The hole i drilled was straight just a bit further down from the original hole.
