One of the cars has the power steering pump fitted to the end of one of the cams, so one camshaft is longer. On cars without the pump both camshafts are the same length.
It should be pretty easy to see if you have the pump on the end of the cylinder head or not. If you don't then there's a blanking plate over it.
All I know is that on VX220s there is no power steering pump = same length camshafts. No idea about other cars...
