my mate has a 2.2 veccy c sri what zaust should he get??

Loads of guys with the C are getting the zorst from MIJ Performance. Custom made and tuned to your preference. The hangers are already under the car for twin exit so all he will need to get is the twin bumper insert.

Custom made is always a good option to go for, as rushy said, it can be tuned to your preference. Rushy, any examples of their work that you know about (pics etc)?

As you can see they can tune a big v6 quiet or a little 1.8 louder and aggressive and everything in between.

I've got a vec c, had my twin exit done at MIJ. Excellent job. I've always gone for custom build exhausts on my cars!

I've got a Powerflow dual exit on mine. I find it resonates a bit too much on the motorway, but if you like loud, then it's fine.

I'd prefer it a bit quieter, so think I'll be making the trip to MIJ next month.

The bumper insert costs around £50 and it's easy enough to change.

The VXR twin insert is actually cheeper than the SRi one mate, under £30.

But the old one is a bug*er to get out!! I know, I have the VXR one and I had to get the back bumper off the get the leverage to prise the old insert out!

I thought about the VXR insert, in the end I just got the other one. It was less hassle than painting the VXR one :oops: :lol:

The old one came off with brute force and ignorance, once you get it started it's not too bad, but there are a lot of clips :?
