radio 'safe' ?

hi guys, i had my battery disconnected trying to wipe 'brake pad' from my trip computer having changed them and it not going away and my radio now says 'safe' and no buttons work, any ideas? on either point? thanks!

You need to input the code......if you have it that is.....too enter the code turn radio on whilst holding the as button...then enter the code...

As for brake pad....either ure pads are low or the sensor wire has broke....either way u will need a new sensor wire....

If you havent got the code, just VXL, and they should be able to tell you, there was a time when all the same make of car used the same code.

I had to get the code number pack thingy.... £20 :shock: , it gives you all the number for the car that were issued when manufacured....any vx dealer/stealer can get it for you.
