Tip for junk mail in the post:
Open it up if it has a reply paid envelope, remove all items with your address or name on, fold up all the other rubbish and any other junk mail that does not have a reply paid envelope with it, place all items in the envelope and pop it in the post box.
The company that sent it gets their mail room full up with useless paper that they are paying for !!!!!
Think about it -- if we all did this their mail staff would be so busy with junk mail the system would collapse.
Apologies if anyone works ina mail room, but you get so fed up with the rubbish that comes through the door, its all you can do to fight back.
