blue_se2 Cheers guys Roger it's a 4 bed house and it was on the market for £219.500 and we got it for £212.500 Not started modifying it yet lol still painting the rooms and when that's done going to fit a new bathroom with spa bath. And got some more big plans to do later.
l1ghtn1ng looks a nice place. In my own opinion I've had some paint out and sort the garage door and front door as soon as poss. Not really a yellow fan (and i support norwich)

After living in a mid terrace 2 bedroom house for 5 yrs jumping to a 4 bed detached is a great feeling and the extra space is awesome. l1ghtn1ng said: looks a nice place. Cheers Alan the back garden is about 3X the size of the front not to bad :roll: don't spend much time out there to be honest, but there is a big 8x10 approx shed out there which I will hopefully turn into a workshop and as for the garage it not a bad size for a modern house about 5/6 foot spare at the front when the car is right back and a couple of foot each side so proberbly be able to polish it in there :roll: :lol: . And plenty of loft space in the garage for all the original coupe spares showo.. :lol:

Jamee very nice mate, i went from a 2 bed end terrace to a 4 bed semi, , which will soon be 6 beds with 120ft rear garden and front big enough for 2 double garages, i plan on having a 20ft wide and 25ft deep garage this yr.

Jamee Yeah thats law, you have to christen every room, inc cloakrooms, gardens, bathrooms etc. (put pics up as well..lol)
