Permenant block for EGR hole on manifold
first off you need one of these

then u need these

then u need these , i decided to use 2 x 10p instead ot the 2p in the end and just chuck loads of sealant between the 2

first off I prepped the hole on the manifold by putting sealant around the lip where the 10p will sit

i then put in the first 10p piece

i then put a big blob of sealant on the next coin [in the pic shows a 2p but i later replaced it with a 10p

i then put the coin in the hole and pushed in against the 10p

below shows how the seal looks from inside the manifold

i then mixed up some chemical metal and put the first layer on and waited 20 minutes for it to dry up, I did put the metal clip in before it started to dry

i then put the next layer on until it was near enough flush with the outside of the manifold,

I then went about rubbing it down to make sure it was a nice flat and tidy finish

after i was happy with the finish and cleaned off any excess chemical metal with some kitchen cleaner & screwdriver i then used some black locktite sealant on the metal clips

I then waited an hour for it to dry then used some high temp black paint to really tidy it up and made it look original

I then fitted the manifold to the car
remember I blanked off the EGR and used an EGR cheater before doing this mod
