I'm currently considering 2 cold air feeds from the front lower grill routed up to the back of the engine bay to help keep things cool if the manifold ever arrives.
Is it the high tempreature that causes the cracks, or the cast composition that the manifold is made from ??
If I'm not mistaken, it's heating and cooling, and the way the manifold cools that causes cracks ?
Poor metal composition, and a casting design that includes hot spots that expand and contract at different rates to other parts of the manifold will do more to form cracks, than high temperatures.
Saying that Johnny, it's worth a try 😃
