nice, im trying to get there too, but what ur forgetting is if u can raise the rev limiter(to 7000 rpm max for a standard bottom end) in combination with the 2.4 inlet manifold u should be even faster

I am glad it has turned up Adam, just waiting for them to come back in stock then i should have mine. Let us know how the car feels once fitted.

:lol: I know, but somehow i think them figures must be a little optemistic,I really cant see it being faster than a coupe turbo. 🙁 nice thought though! lol

The manifold will probably go on this week, but the sports cats gonna be a while yet. Ill keep you posted!

Good news there Adam. The extra wieght of the manifold in the Astra/Vectra isn't worth worrying about as both cars are heavy anyway. If you've got a half decent ICE setup your buggered when it comes to wieght!! :lol:

Where did you get that cat from? That looks very familiar to the one that I had from Courtenay.

I've just had a reply. He said it may be 1 week or could be 1 month! What I don't understand is this, seeing as I won his ebay auction on Sunday, even though he could not complete the transaction because of shipping issues to the UK, what has happened to the manifold that I won? Why has he not got any left? What has he done with the manifold on ebay which was mine?

Here we go again, translating (a bit hard, this one):
There's no problem, if i have them again i will offer them on ebay. But when i don't have them, i can't sell them (?).

DBilas does not have a problem with it (me offering them on eBay) only they can not ship them in my name to the UK.

For me that is not important however (?)
