BANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you may know I have just moved house and mortgage, I payed off my old mortgage (with natwest) Then the following week they still took out the mortgage payment :evil: :evil: 8 times I have rung them and 3 times they have said that it will be returned to my account within 3 days!!!. So I wait 3 days still not cleared so I call back, they reply "there has been a problem putting it back in (no Shit :roll: ) we will retry" and it takes another 3 days I have put up with this 3 times now but today I exploded on the phone and It has now been put into the Mrs (Natwest) account straight away They can take it out quick enough but getting it back is a different story!!

I hope you get it sorted Neil, i hate when bank issues go wrong. Like you say getting money back off them is a major issue but them taking it from you in the first place never seems to be one.

Cheers guys should be sorted now I was going to get a phone call if there were any problems and as the money was being returned to a natwest account (the Mrs's) should clear straight away.

I always have money trouble's at Christmas last year had my Debit card cloned and £800 taken out this year I have to pay 2 mortgages lol

My bank did exactly the same to me Neil, I paid the £370 for the old mortgage, and then a few days later they took the payment for the mid month new payment. They did refund it pretty quick though, so we never really noticed a difference.

went in the bank today and there was a near riot because , wait for it, they didnt have any money !!!!!

Yeah i know the feeling too they are quick to take it from you but when you are trying to get it from them there is always some excuse :evil:
