Bloody Supanet!

So, I cancelled my contract with them when I moved house, and have just received a letter from them saying I have to return the WHOLE kit that they sent me out over 3 years ago!

They want £30 for the router, £4.99 each for the 2 filters (found both of these) USB and RJ11 at £2.50 each (found both of these as well), and the Setup disc @ £2 (haven't a clue where this is).

I think I actually threw the modem out about 2 years ago.....bugger

Dunno mate, I've just looked in their T&C's and it does state that if you cancel, you have to return the equipment within 30 days 🙁. I think I'm just going to pay the modem off, and send them the rest of the stuff back.

Going to phone them tomorrow and see what they have to say about it though.

What was the modem matt? was it a speed touch one?

good good....Adsl modems given by ISP's are very cheap on ebay...

They will only throw them out anyway, can't see many people want to use that modem. don't understand some ISPs, at least you got one off ebay

Went to fetch the modem this evening. I took the Sat Nav with me to work ready to put the direction in......and the bloke lives 1 street down from me! So I walked to fetch it 😃
