you talking about HID kit ?
I have fk's angels in black on my vec,
have 4300k 55w HID kit fitted, for them to be legal, if they were fitted by yourself not the factory, then they only require to be in the projector style headlamps, which FK's are :-)
if fitted by factory, then they need to be in projector style headlamps (not ordinary ones as the light would go everywhere instead of infront of you), must have electronic leveller's, and must have washer jets......
i beleive this is how HID kits are governed, mine went through an mot without a problem :-)
