Well id like to think so too but, to be honest the country has gone to the dogs..nobody cares that we pay over the odds for eveything because of tax...if you say anything about muslims you have to appologise because you are a racist...we just sit back and let foreigners come in and take from the system and get free housing...i could go on all night.
I am certain that if this current climate continues we will see race riots and civil war.
The sooner we get the corrupt spineless goverment out, the better!

I've just filled up at the BP garage behind my house. It's 103.9p a litre there at the minute for unleaded, and 107.9p for diesel. It's costing me an extra £4 a fortnight at the minute with the increase since October (I only do an average of 350 miles a month)

I do that in 5 days Matt with no pleasure, just to work and back.
Diesel would only save me £12 a week at 50 mpg, peanuts! The petrol is only around 1/3 the cost of running a car.
Wheres that petrol station Carlos? Only pass Wellington £1.04 about half way on A442 or a 2 mile detour to Sainsbury's at £1.03 near home, so need to put in at least £25 before i start saving.
Usually slap £70 to £80 a week, summer around £110 before the rise of 10p/ltr.

i put sum bp fule in othere day and that was £1.09.3 its get n mad aint it 🙁

Im lucky that the garage close to me is still under £1.00, ....wont be long tho`. Doing about 112 mile a day, Monday - Friday, plus the weekend shopping, lads football etc, really dents the old bank balance.
Considering a diesel when the Vectra runs out of steam 🙁

Ive already decided that my next car will definitely be a diesel. 50+mpg on a run and 40ish around town will save me so much money

Yep, filled up this morning, Sunday it was 98.9, it`s now 99.9, guarantied the next fill ups gonna be over the £1 mark. 🙁
Quite fancy another Astra (2.0 Dti???)

if all the tax and duty was to be waived off by the government the petrol would cost approximately 30pence a litre !!! thats why petrol is dear in some countries and cheap in some. it all depends on where the government makes its money from for its budget

i buy tesco petrol 5p off every litre voucher from ebay for a £1. when I fill my tank up I save about £3 pounds at the tesco near by. Oh and I use their Super Unleaded . I get Super unleaded for the price of ordinary unleaded

Neat idea that..... one of the problems with living out in the sticks, I`m limited in my choice of petrol stations...... it would cost me a fiver to get to Tescos 😃

Have you a link to this voucher for the 5p off? sounds interesting and i have two tesco's within 2 miles of me. 😃

even though i can afford to fill mine up i still can't justify spending so much, ive just worked out ive spent £350 in the last 5 weeks on fuel (mainly because thats how long ive had the car so been getting used to it etc) but it still takes the p*ss..

considering getting a vw golf tdi as a second car, probably march/april time.

search for ' tesco petrol voucher ' on ebay for eg

but make sure you dont pay over a £1 including ( else its not going to be worth the saving ) P&P also worth checking are the expiry dates on voucher
these vouchers are valid only in tesco supermarkets that sell tesco branded petrol. not the little tesco express that sell esso fuel.

Not only that but whenever you order groceries from Tesco online (no matter how much you spend) you get the 5p off per litre coupon. Now I know that it costs £4 to have shopping delivered so it seems like false economy really but still worth remembering.

u can get codes for asda and tesco with money off food or free delivery when you buy on line
