Mark_Dj What phone card will work with my standard car sat nav head unit? I have just put a new orange sim car in and I have no network notsure.gif
evocarlos is the sim 6 pin or 8 pin as i think the car will probably be an old 6 pin as most of the new 3g sims are 8 pin i think not 100% sure but it could be a good excuse
Mark_Dj Not sure how to check how many pins it has. I did a network search on the in car phone and it found BT Cellnet and Vodaphone networks only
evocarlos well ive just taken my old old sim form out of the draw and the new one out of my phone and there the same so im stumped
Mark_Dj Right I now have an 02 sim card now fitted. I have a signal and can receive text messages but it won't let me ring it. Will I have to put credit on it to make it work? It's just strange how it can get texts but I cant ring it.
