haven't been about for a while as i have been boxing in a few items in the house, then plastering my hall, stairs, landing, inc ceilings, then whitewashing, then painting, also painted the living room, dining room, kitchen, and put up a few blinds, curtains, etc, so have been a bit busy of late.

Any goss?

Your joking mate, she has a list as long as your arm she wants done before crimbo, clean all the carpets, gloss everything wood (i hate gloss) etc..

Sounds like you have been working flat out. I hate glossing as well it's awful stuff!

I also hate painting the white around the house, although I like varnishing furniture :?

Its not soo much the actual glossing i hate, i just hate the look gloss gives, i prefer natural wood, i will be ripping the stairs and all the door frames out early next year and replacing with some nice natual wood.
