I had 3 K850i's 🙁
I had my 1st on release day, and took it back the next morning because the keypad pealed off.
2nd phone lasted nearly a week, but kept switching it's self off whilst on standby, and the touch over/under sensitive keys didn't want to work.
3rd phone (2nd release, updated software) lasted 3 days, kept factory-resetting during a call, and still couldn't get the touch over/under sensitive keys to work right either.
Wouldn't work correctly when texting etc, usually needed 3/4 firm presses to work, but during a call my cheek would send them into bloody overdrive.
Sony's rather helpful response was to hold the phone further from my cheek bone, which I did, about 35 miles further away @ the O2 store !!
Gone back to Nokia again now with a 6500 slide which is fantastic, and although only has a 3.2mp camera, takes better pics than the K850i, and has a amazing feature that it can be used in conjunction with a face ohyeah.gif
