Europa_Blue_SE1 Thought I'd put a pic of the best catch of the season and looks like it's gonna be a hard one to beat my mate caught a 32lb pike :evil: we've knew it's been there but untill now none of us had caught it here's a pic of the monster cheers.. Alan
Matt Thats bleeding huge! I've had a couple of 8-10lb pike from the pond near my house, and those buggers don't half struggle, so I bet that took a lot of work to get it in. Is it going into the Angling Times?
Europa_Blue_SE1 It put up some fight we've been trying to catch it for ages aswell don't know how many lines have been broke trying to get it but Monty(my mate that caught it) was patient enough tired it out and got it in the net was down before it was near the water side... Hopefully I'll get it next year...Yea Matt I think he's gonna send the pic in so it might well be... And furn yea wouldn't want it to get a hold of my hand there was one about the same size caught in the same loch a few year back but the idiot that caught it didn't put it back but there was the remains of a cat and swan inside it...
