vocky If you want to replace your dual mass flywheel with a light flywheel all you require; 1 x TTV z22se / z22yh light flywheel 1 x F23 clutch cover you might be able to use a standard z22yh M32 clutch disc, but you might get shaking when you pull away
Crazy Thanks for answers) With the flywheel is now clear at all that they are the same size (height, diameter, fixed) to the motors z22se & z22yh, but I could not find the information anywhere until I found you) I compared only himself and understood that the flywheel size should be the same ... you have confirmed it. It is very pleasing) And with the clutch disk, I understand that it is necessary to good damping - tell me what kind of catalog number you set http://www.helix-autosport.com/products/performance-clutches/opel/ ?? That's only because of this I can not understand why you did not put the factory basket z22yh for box M32, if the same size flywheels on motors z22se & z22yh and you put a basket z22se for box F23 ... very interesting - why so?? Clutch releaser z22yh for M32 - sachs 3182 600 133 https://webcat.zf.com/index.asp?PKW=1&KAT_KZ=P,N&KHERNR=84&KMODNR=4865&KTYPNR=0&LASTPAGE=nc2_dialog.asp - All right??
vocky you can purchase only the M32 sprung plate from Courtenay, just ask them http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/buy-online/shop-by-category/clutch-kits/uprated-clutch-astra-h-vxr-oe-cover-and-uprated-sprung-disc/prod_722.html I used the F23 clutch cover (basket) because I had one already, so it was cheaper, that is the only reason the TTV z22se M32 flywheel uses the F23 cover

Sorry for so many questions, I just want to buy everything right, so I'm with you advice, so as soon as only you put the box M32 from z22yh to yours z22se motor and used lightweight flywheel z22se, and only you know how it works. Look please: my version, and how you think it will work fine: 1) "TTV" Lightweight flywheel Opel Vauxhall 2.2 Z22SE 2) 'Helix' Sprung plate disc - you may remember the clutch plate number? Since I'm not sure it will fit 240mm clutch disc with 20 teeth from Z20LEH/M32 3) "Sachs" Clutch Pressure Plate (performance) M32 for z22yh 4) 'Factory' Releaser M32
vocky 1) yes the TTV flywheel will fit a z22yh engine 2) Helix sprung plate disc - I purchased my 228mm Helix clutch disc from Courtenay 3) I use 'Factory' F23 clutch pressure basket 4) 'Factory' Releaser M32

Crazy Hi One more question I can not find anywhere information about the Speedster 2.2 flywheel in factory - flywheel on speedster single mass or dual mass in factory? As Sachs offers factory clutch disc with a large springs for Speedster 2.2 as in the cars with single mass flywheel Thanks for the answer
vocky speedster 2.2 and 2.0 turbo all had single mass flywheels from the factory. You need a sprung M32 clutch disc
Crazy vocky said: speedster 2.2 and 2.0 turbo all had single mass flywheels from the factory. You need a sprung M32 clutch disc Just as I thought, and you confirmed it. What is the weight of the flywheel of the factory?
Crazy vocky said: factory flywheel z22se = 9.5 Kg And strongly shakes the engine at idle? I just have a dual flywheel even harder to 12.5 kg That even I can not imagine how the engine will behave with such a difference in weight - it is three times less than the factory flywheel
vocky TTV z22se F23 = 4.2 Kg TTV z22se M32 = 5.2Kg Makes the engine rev much faster, does not make engine shake at idle (y)

Crazy vocky said: update; you can now buy a z22se M32 lightened flywheel from TTV Racing ยฃ228 +vat this means the slave cylinder does not now need any spacers, so simply fit the z22se M32 flywheel, Helix M32 sprung clutch plate (TTV can also supply a M32 sprung clutch plate), z22se clutch cover and the M32 gearbox with standard M32 slave cylinder. makes the conversion a nut and bolt job ๐ Hello. vocky you need to request the custom M32 z22se flywheel, they also can supply the clutch http://ttvracing.com/contact/
Crazy vocky said: you need to request the custom M32 z22se flywheel, they also can supply the clutch http://ttvracing.com/contact/ Thanks for the help๐ But how do I explain this to them now, what I need such flywheel TTV more deeper - I hope they have the parameters of your flywheel. vocky the flywheel shown above is for a z22se F23 - ยฃ213 + vat you need a z22se M32 ยฃ285 + vat I purchased my Helix clutch plate from Courtenay, the owner Jon sorted it for me.
rafman vocky said: the M32 box is designed for a Dual Mass Flywheel puke.. to use a normal flywheel a spacer needs to be made for the clutch slave cylinder  EDIT: you can now buy a z22se M32 flywheel so the spacer is not required the M32 has a distance of 59.5 mm between the mating face and the slave cylinder, the F23 has 46.5mm, so a 13mm spacer is required ๐ thanks to Luna_s for measuring the F23 box cheers.. I also had to machine a slot to allow the clutch slave cylinder to sit flat on the spacer and use some longer bolts ๐ the fitted spacer..... hey I know this is an old thread, I'm trying to swap from f23 to m32 in mine. I've a question can I keep the original flywheel, and pressure plate with the spacer? I mean just buy an clutch disc that fits in m32 input shaft spline/diameter? thanks
