adie2_2 Hi chaps im thinking about having the clutch changed on my vec b. any advise and knowledge on who and what to do to change it. if you know of any guys that could do it for a reasonable price then im open to offers. cheers.
JohnnyN As yours has not been seriously played with, you would not really benefit from an uprated clutch. Even going for a lightened flywheel you could get away with a standard clutch. Save the extra money for something else. ;-)
Andy_Z22SE_SRi I got quoted in the region of £500... apparently takes 5 hours by the book dunno.. But thats for an Astra so might be different on a veccy?
vocky I had a new clutch and flywheel fitted today..........free 😃 well it was one of those stupid dual mass flywheel thingys :evil:
jimmywrc2_2 i hav done 2 or 3 clutches nah on astras same set up subframe down n all that they not bad 2 do long as the 2 subframe bolts dont snap off near the wheels where all the water n road dirt goes! i wud advise a ramp if u doing 1 cheers..
