DBcoup Looking at the Dbilas performance camshafts for the z22se but says only suitable for engines with hydraulic lifters. Does mine have them? how do i tell? dunno..
vocky they keep the cam follower at the correct distance from the cam lobe 🙂 if your cams rattle the lifters need changing 🙁 I had to replace them on my big valve head :roll:
DBcoup Neil how do you rate them compared to Piper, and is it just a simple exchange, no other parts needed?
vocky Dbilas cams will be fine, infact they are all ok - piper, schrick, dbilas showo.. I just bought the cheapest :lol:
UKEZ piper, schrick, dbilas Vocky, whats the cheapest performance camshaft that i can get, and do i need anything else when changing them? Well i dont need any tools as i'd be getting my mate to do it at hes garage. Where could i pick some up from?
