in my new car fund i had 5 grand and i have taken loads of different cars for test drives and i didnt like any of them as much as the ole veccy B
so far ive taken these for a test drive
MGZT 190 - plain rubbish - have to rev to 5K just to get to anywhere at all and build quality is absolutely rubbish
Mk 4 Golf GTI, seemed quick enough but just sooooooooooo boring to drive
Laguna 3L V6 Tip - Complete $hite
Vectra C 2.2 - Just a bit too big, wallowy and slow for my liking
so ive given up with the new car idea and payed of some debts with half the dosh and gonna spend the rest on mods
But I really cant see whats so bad about the vectra B - ok so the handling isnt great but it is "interesting" going over bumps and not being sure which way you are going to go - thats half the fun !
OK so the 2.2 isnt super fast but its quick enough and to me at least it seems like the pedal is actually connected to something unlike say the mondeo
OK so the styling is dated but I like it (especially when the old girl is clean!)
