Hi all, well, i;m new to vectras and this site, but unfortunately i'm here to find out if vectra c's are affected with the cam chain issue, don't get me wrong,i'm here to stay but my new car has a rattling noise towards the back of the engine that increases with engine speed, it sounds just like a diesel [as many of you have described ] but the noise seems to be at the back of the engine and not at the side next to the airfilter [though i can't be sure] So my first question/post is do i need to book my car in with Benny?!! My car is a 2.2 direct 04 reg with 99,000 and full vx history, Thanks in advance, Steve. dunno..
