No airbag light

I have just noticed I have no airbag light in my Vectra notsure.gif . My mate just put it on his Tech 2 to check for errors and it said something about my bulb :roll: . It probably just popped. I have just removed my glow plugs and boy they came out tight, I even thought they might snap :? . They went back in tight so I removed them again and put some copper greese on them. They then went in just fine 🙂. Lets hope I have some heat now in the mornings when she needs it. They don't seem to have been replaced in a while dunno..

don't turn the ignition on unless the dash is screwed in place, otherwise the new airbag bulb will be permanently on :lol:

When you say don't turn the ignition on until the dash is screwed into place, would this also apply to when you've had the steering wheel off?

I've removed the steering wheel on my astra coupe to replace the bulb behind the odometer but now the airbag light is constantly on and i think it might be because I turned on the ignition before everything was back in?

Any ideas on how to sort this out? Do i have to disconnect the airbag and reconnect it again?

You may need to get the light turned off properly with a tech2
