abs and traction

hi guys
got in car this mornin started car fine then looked at dash

abs light and traction control light both lit still. stayed on all the way home and they definately wernt workin hehehe. i havent got a traction control button so any ideas why it would do this. done it twice in 6 months only seems to be cold mornings tho. any help id be greatful

i have the same problem on cold damp mornings, you need to get it tech2 as one of the wheel hubs is faulty

thanks mate are the wheel hubs expensive just been out in car again and its not doin it any more.

I'm having a similar problem with my vec C. All the dash fails then cones back on then the TC light stays on. Also my bulb failure warning is going mad. Looks like its the CIM module in the steering column. Controls all dash instruments and switches, also houses the steering angle sensor. Cost for part £ 250 before vat. Needs to be tech 2'd out and then in. £50 a go for that so to do it myself im looking at £400 !
