problem on ebay

right i sold a pair of jeans the other day new with out tags.they were 34 waist and 34 leg,now i know this as i took the tags off a few months back and i need a 34/34.anyway the guy who bought them is now saying the jeans are 34 waist 31" leg i know they cant be this cause they fitted me no probs.

he is asking for a refund do i give him one or not ?

two options

1 - sold as seen, buyer beware

2 - get him to post them back (at his expense) and you refund only the price of the jeans - not the postage cost (he only bought the jeans, postage is postage)

we i have mailed him saying they are def 34/34 only thing is does he have a pair there smaller than the ones i sold him like ?and he will exchange for my pair ?
also he said they measure a 31" leg i never thought they did a 31" leg ?30 and 32 yea but 31 ?

as you say he could be trying to pull a fast one, really it's tough luck

Even numbers for jean sizes mate, 30 or a 32 like you said

you should of really put sold as seen and you take no refunds but really does sound like he is trying a fast one
