Matt Mate at work has had several, he could spin the wheels in 4th gear of one of them. Was running 280bhp through the front wheels. Looks very nice for a Fiat as well.

Dippy Do not do it, you'll be a bloody idiot. They look and go lovely, but repairs forget it. Cambelt on a astra turbo 1.5 hours max, cambelt on a fiat coupe turbo by a fiat mechanic 13hours and thats the quickest time. Thats just a little insight.

jimmywrc2_2 vocky said: why is it you have to remove the engine to change the cambelt on some Italian cars notsure.gif thats right most of fiatz r like that but not all!! same as sum of the alphaz
VXJON vocky said: alfa v6 is the same, engine out to change the cambelt :? You would be best just buying the alfa, it will still be mechanically shit but it will also be very sexy looking. Another plus is that price high spec alfas seem to crash in price after the warrenty runs out in the 3rd year dunno.. Something like this cup would be very special, the 3l v6 is a stunning sounding engine http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=005
Andy_Z22SE_SRi A workmate had an LE Turbo running 285bhp. Sounded amazing, decent performance but was forever fixing it... sound familiar pmsl.. Ohh and the insurance was insane
RICK Don't like the look of them but they're flippin' fast! Someone i know has dropped an engine out of a coupe into his punto gt and it doesn't half fly!!!!
