I got my Tsudo header today, so I was wondering if we could get a definitive parts list for fitting the Tsudo to a VX220 - so what length and curve radii everything was... And how tight it is in there - how far can I be out and still be ok!
Vocky/luna_s - did you use the pipe diameters that Tsudo have, or did you use other diameters?
I can measure up most of this (I have a spare cat pipe and silencer), but as I can't easily get the vertical distances some measurements for the first few items would be really handy (or just a distance from the exhaust ports to the bottom of the cat pipe)...
but so far, for a full system with cat I have:
1x flange (did anyone find these for sale? it'd be nicer than hacking up my downpipe
2x Flexi joints (length)
2x 90 degree to the Y-piece (curve radius)
1x Y-piece and lambda thread (anywhere to get these? again, nicer than hacking out the old one)
1x 90 degree from the Y-piece (curve radius)
1x length to the cat (50cm length?)
1x cat (what diameter did people use? did you stick with 200 cell?)
1x length from cat (10cm length?)
2x flanges (turbo size - did you find anyone that made these, or will I have to cut them out?)
1x 180 degree bend to silencer (what was the curve radius of this? Is it so tight i should consider using two smaller 90 degree bends and a straight bit?)
