Howie The chain didnt actually snap !! Car has done 60000 miles with full service history - unfortunately the last service being done by an independent so Vx wont contribute to repair.
Howie Nope - not good at all ! I'm still puzzled about what caused this because the latest tensioner (with the cut outs) is fitted. When people talk about the "larger jet", are they referring to the oil hole in the end of the tensioner assembly ? Howie
