Trouble burning DVD+R9

My DVD writer should be able to burn them, but I keep getting a "Power Configuration Error" or something along those lines.

Now, I don't mind getting a new DVD writer, as the 2 I already have are quite old, so I've been looking at this one:

what about a Pioneer DVR-112?? very good if you wanna back up your 360 gmaes 😃

How much is one of those? It's for burning my WMVHD films to DVD to watch on the 360.

i had trouble burning 360 games with my philips burner and a mate had trouble with his lite on burner. we both bought the pioneer and had 100% success rate since 😃

they the same drive except one will write to dvd ram and the other won't.

Have Lighton 16x which is made by Samsung and LG DVD drives as well, just push the drawer to close, some you have to press the button.

Avoid the Plextors had a couple pack up with little use.

The PC I have is 4 years old, so it's PATA (I think?? The one with the big connector and the grey ribon type). I'll be ordering the Pioneer one when I get back from my Holiday.
