you need to de-pressurise the fuel system, there is a valve on the fuel rail (similar to a car tyre valve), then unbolt the two fuel pipes, next remove the nuts holding on the wiring tray and then remove the bolts, lift up the fuel rail and the injectors will come with it, slide the blue clips up on the wiring plugs and depress the clip whilst pulling the plug from the injector, then (on a bench) unclip the injectors and pull them free from the fuel rail.
they are top feed and rail mounted injectors 🙂
buy a new set of seals from the dealer before refitting the injectors
