Had a look in the haynes manual for the vectra and it does cover the z22se engine.
I had a look at the locking plate. Doesnt look to difficult, just that it might be a squeeze cos the engine is out in the pictures for haynes.
Ordered my gm pump yesterday so should get it for the weekend, i hope.
