How to check an for inlet/vaccum leak and faulty injectors?

My car starts and idles fine, it revs OK and idles OK. Its onlly when the car is under load, does it misfire, it will gain revs but is not well at all.

I have checked plugs, coil pack, egr valve, throttle body and the crank sensor, although the can has never shown an EML and I have used electrical spary on as many connectors as I can find including ECU.

I am now thinking either a leak at the inlet or the vaccum hoses, but I do not understand how to check for this, any advice please.

My only other trail of thought, is it may be a faulty injector, is there a way to check for this, would that have shown an EML?

Any ideas please folks, its a tough one. Vectra C 2.2 (Z22SE) SRi 52 plate 56k miles, well serviced car in very good condition.

use some washing up liquid along the inlet manifold and watch for bubbles it may be a burnt gasket but you can buy a vacuum gage from most car shops it is very easy to use and will tell you if you have a vacuum leak and many other engine faults they only cost about 15 quid just plug in and read off the scale.
