It will most likely be allright. A lot of classic sports cars dont run filters and they last a while. With the amount of oil that gathers in the air pipe, throttle body and intake manifold, any dust or particals that got that far will have most likely just got stuck to the sides. If your really worried, as an extream messure you could whip the pipe, TB and if you really want the Inlet manifold off and give them a good clean out. You should be fine though.
