How much fuel do you get..

What do you get to a full tank of fuel in your 2.2 motor? I get about 280 miles to £40 worth of Optimax

im getting about 40 miles of £10 of fuel i just depends on how haevy the right foot is i was at knockhill one weekend had the car on the track and was getting about 4-6mpg and a new set of disks and pads lol i f i fill mine up to full for £50 i can get about 400miles with normal driving like i say just depends on the drivers style of driving

400 Miles sounds good on a full tanks 🙂 . I need to fill mine up when I get paid next and see how far I can get with my new Ecu fitted. To fill my tank with Optimax I think it's just over £44 . I do tend to have a lead foot but thats probably my work boot going to work in the morning :lol: (steel toe caps boots)

Yep, she had the car 3 weeks, and took it back and got a 1.7CDti Corsa SRI

I wonder why it was so heavy on fuel :?: . They may be alot heavier than the normal Astra or Vectra car. I bet the diesel in the Corsa lasts a good while :wink:

At the moment i am averaging 32MPG which is not too bad as i only drive to work and back which is 5 miles each way.

Thats mint! I can't help but put my foot down now and again early in the morning on my way to work :twisted: . I will have to try mine at normal driving on a full tank.

Thats also good. I have always used Optimax in my car since I bought it.

Im surprised how good mine is! i never fill it to the top, i only put £15 worth in, it returns about 115 miles and averages 30 mpg on the display (with supermarket fuel) My last fill up i used Optimax and its displaying 32 mpg!!!

From my last £20 I got 140 miles, and I can live with that 🙂

the engine tone at 3000+ RPM is great! Even with a standard exhaust!

A full tank which now costs me 45 quid usually gets me about 200 miles driving around town, motorway driving will get me 400+, my record is 455

I on the last 2 full tanks of fuel ive managed to get around 32-34mpg and they both included a trip to gatwick and back!
The consumption for my astra is a hell of alot better than the senator i had for a while! lol
