Part No. for Servo One Way Valve (For 2.4 Manifold)

Hello 😃

Could any of you helpful bunch tell me what part no. the servo one way valve required for fitting the 2.4 Manifold is? Preferably the same one as vocky's with a nipple for the fuel vacuum pipe. (Last time I tried asking for a part by name at my local VX garage, I was there for about an hour guiding the "Parts Expert" around the system :? )

Also, what are the details for the extra piece of thicker servo hose? Part no.? Diameter? Length?

it's fitted to corsa and astra 1995 models 🙂

servo hose needs to be 10.5mm internal diameter, I used 10mm internal diameter but had to warm the ends before attempting to fit the pipe

it's best to fit the one way valve to the new pipe first, then fit the new pipe to the manifold and finally fit the new one way valve to the old pipe

Got the partnumber today 🙂 I ordered the part before trying to fit the manifold, but I got the part without the bag, so I didn't know the part number.

The partnumber of the servo one way valve I used is:

564607

Don't forget that I ordered one without the extra vacuum connection, so this is only a replacement for the standard valve!!!

The part number for the servo one way valve WITH the vacuum take off nipple is: 90373359 and costs about a tenner.

Not so much luck with the brake servo hose... minimum order 5 metres at £17 a metre!!!

I got some general servo hose for under a tenner 🙂

it's only 10mm internal diameter but so much cheaper :roll:

the other option would be to use some rigid plastic pipe and two short sections of hose, which could be cut from the original hose dunno..

the servo hose is a much stronger hose, but only time will tell if it's UV resistant

I might change it for a rigid plastic item over the winter when I carry out phase 2 :lol:

Do you need to do this on an astra or is it just the VX220s that need this?

I am curious about this too - why does the 2.4 manifold require a one-way valve to be fitted? Does the 2.2 mani have one already?

depends what size servo one way valve is already fitted, it only needs replacing on the vx220 as it has a 10mm-8mm type fitted.

the astra/corsa valve is 10mm/10mm

also it's possible on a vectra/astra to just fit a small section of servo pipe to extend the rigid plastic pipe to the new position on the 2.4 inlet manifold cheers..
