Trip Computer

Hi Guys!

Just registered today, I have been the proud owner of an Astra 2.2 SRI for a few months now and have started to fettle a bit 😃

I have seen a replacement stalk on ebay and just wondered if anyone knew how much work has to go into activating the trip computer, I presumed it would be a case of fit the stalk, then take it into vx to have them enable the trip computer via software... Is that all there is to it? or am I missing something?

No different dash loom for the computer display had a go at this myself in the past and the plug is different, you can fit a stalk but nothing will work without the trip display! or change the dash loom LOL 🙁
