after taking my gear out the boot i need a set up that will allow me to get my spare wheel out
also i need some space for my endless collection of meg cleaning stuff lol
i have chosen to go with an infinite baffle setup

whats happened so far
(picture book lol)
first off i have removed the rear seats rear cards and shelf cover
i was going to make it just a shelf but ran into trouble so started over
cock ups
made replica of shelp from resin and speaker box cloth
made some speaker rings for subs put them in replica of shelf
recovered the shelf and resign again
cut out holes for subs put it in the car and i cant get the subs in the hole with out taking out the back window s*it here's where i stared again
at this point i had cut the steel shelf so no going back lol
the only option i could work with was to mount the cubs on the under side of the shelf on a baffle Bord
hey hey it fits (more steel removed)
fitted the subs to the baffle Bord and flush mounted the bolts. as in the pic above you can see I'm using only 1/2" mdf and was a bit weak so its now been reinforced with 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" brace YEAH!!!
getting the subs in place was an ass but it in there now and im shaged
all bolted in place just going to drive it for a week just in-case any of the wood squeaks on the body work
so all i need to do now is make a new cover to go on top and an amp rack and few other bits(lots really) and im done
this is how it looks now i will keep up to date as it happens the final result should be good finger crossed...
