About £250 for the latest one I think (CS3). There is a free alternative, called GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Programme) which was originally released on Linux, but ported for Windows. Download that and have a play and see what you think.
The image above is done using 2 images in seperate layers. Car on the bottom, minge on the top. Erase the edges on the minge so it fits the shape of the bonnet, and then adjust the transparency so you can see the reflections on the bonnet through the minge image. cheers..
