Daz MY amp that runs my components has been playing up l8tly,if the air is a bit damp its doesnt swtich on,might take less than a min or upto an hr...u reckon it cud be a dry joint or summat??...
Hareng Take it youve checked the cabling and joints. Does it just come on if left, eventually or do you drive around?
Daz Usually if idrive around...all cables are good....but if i bash the rear seat with my hand it will come on too...lol
Daz It tends to sort of fizzle on and off if i bash the seat...all the wirings fine as my sub amp is working perfectly....

Hareng Could be anything but there are switching relays and such like, maybe one of these isnt making 100% contact. Also the input socket connections to the board, what about if you waggle the wiring at amp and head unit if not!
