Gazza i need a good service on my car any ideas how much vauxhall would charge for this ? notsure.gif
jonmason I was charged about £155 for an 80k full service. If your not bothered about having a full service history for your car it`s cheaper to do it yourself.
Gazza to be honest mate i could do the oil and that would be about it :oops: what did you have done for that price ? and if any of you guys are doing serviceing jobs yourself get a little how to togeher and send them to me for formatting 😃
jonmason The servive included oil, air, fuel and pollen filters. Oil, sparkplugs, o ring for the sump plug and screen wash! they bloody charged me for screen wash :evil:
jonmason :shock: HOW MUCH! Dude it will be best if you do it yourself, get a haynes maual it will show you how to do it all in their. Did they say what parts would be changed in the service?
Gazza thats just a normal service brake fluid oil oil filter fuel filter pollen filter spark plugs and a couple of other things
2_2SRi Seems alot of money, I paid about £120 for my last service (to keep the book stamped up so warrenty was valid) but i work for a dealer so get my parts at trade from vaux and do the work myself now 🙂 Try buying the parts at trade price mate and supply them with them etc when u take ur car in., You`ll save a fortune. 🙂
Gazza yea i think i can get the parts at trade as im a member on mig web and i beleave we get a discount with vauxhall ?
