I made a mock-up ally flange yesterday. I've sent it to luna to see if it all lines up where it should do.

Mark, can you measure the distance between the pink lines and the orange lines and let me know what the measurements are please.

pink to pink is 95mm

orange to orange is 90mm (same as blue)

for reference the bolt hole outer edge to flange outer edge is 5mm

I guess you could go a little bigger dunno..

Here we go then. Redesigned on the new dimensions. Beefed up corner rads and profile rads. I think this will be the finished component.
