Engine Management Lights!!!

I have a Vectra Sri 2.2 2002 and I have 2 Engine management lights on dash. The following codes came up on my code reader.

P0378 Timing Reference High Resolution Signal B Intermittent/Erratic Pulses
P0507 Idle Control System RPM higher Than Expected
P01FF ?
P1514 ?
C3F00 ?

I spoke to a fella the other day and when I told him the timing was out he said its impossable as its conroled bu the ECU. He reckons its either the Camshaft sensor or the Crankshaft sensor.
Does this make sence to anyone??? Could this solve my problem??? Are they easy to chage??? Price???

sounds like a throttle body issue, not being able to close properly dunno..

the z22se only has a crank sensor, no cam sensor fitted
