Last weekend, some f$#^ing freaks-hotrod passed right along my car on distance about few milimeters - mirror was pulled away, fender and molding of driver's door were scratched and molding was pulled out. I think they were drunken or it was stupid entertainment of crazy russian freaks :]

Question :
What colour of mirrors are sold by the Opel Vectra B? I thought about dull black for painting, but I'm not sure. As far as I know, I have mirrore non-restyling, and I have same colour rims. Can I just remove it to the new mirror?

P.S. Is it possible to polish out scratch of the fender, for your opinion?

Ouch, that looks a bit nasty to me, saying that, many people on here will have a much better idea on the severity of the scratches.
Lucky not to loose the door bump strip or have more damage to the leading edge of the door, but unlucky that it happened in the first place.

Ouch, not sure about the wing mirror, as for the scratches it depends how good you want it to look. You could give it ago yourself. If it was me I would take to a bodyshop or a good chips away person. I have done a fair bit of bodyshop stuff on scratches etc look in the gallery section. If you want any advice i can try and help but i really do think on this occasion it will be better been left to a body shop.

same thing happened to my cdti vectra a few days ago, mirror mounting smashed :evil:

luckily the glass survived and so did the coloured cover, just the black inner section is broken 🙁

you should be able to fit your coloured trims onto a new mirror mounting 🙂
