I fitted my vectra c air intake pipe and oil breather filter last night thought i'd show you all.

not to bad to fit but if fitting to a astra you need to extend the air temp sensor wire i'm not sure what they will fit like to a stardard air box though as the outlet pipe from the astra box is oval and the vectra pipe is round and also the pipe bends downwards i had to adjust my induction kit to fit the pipe prob not an imposible job but just a quick word of warning.

no differance matt bit gutted as the other mods made a bit of differance oh well worth a try.

nice job, what the oil breather for then?....the think is, as you already have a upgraded filter, you probably wont feel any difference.

The breather is there as the inlet pipe has no inlet for the oil breather pipe so it lets the oil vapour out through the filter plus catches any oil that might seep out.

You'd probably have seen a difference with the standard air box on, as there will only be a marginal amount of extra air reaching the filter.
