My friend has already bought vectra. He doesn't know what does this button mean?

Never seen that button beofre on a Vectra, very strange. I would like to know what it is 🙂

if the light on it flashes when you lock the doors its the alarm i think!

seems to be in the wrong dash position to me, that position is normally the heated seat switch 🙂

it does look like an alarm switch, but it normally sits in the space next to where it is at the moment notsure.gif

does it flash when the car is double locked notsure.gif

I think that button is the alarm switch. If you press it with the drivers door open, you can disable the internal sensors in the car and still lock the doors. This will still alarm the doors but it allows you to leave a pet in the car if you had one and it wouldn't set off the alarm with the movement.

I have one of them but its to the right of that switch, and doesnt look like that. lol 😃

Yep, same as me, but as Santa said, in the position to the right of that.
.....and not with crazy backwards letters on it.

I have a few ways of thinking:

1) this is ejection seat - if you are very frightful while driving - push the button and enjoing flight
2) or may be this is sheriff's car WITH RED-BLUE LAMP on the top? =)

It's a self destruct button that you can activate if anyone steals tha car :lol:

It disables the internal sensors so you can enable the alarm and anything moving inside the car won't activate the alarm.

is it mibbe the sport button it as said it looks like sp back to front and there's an ECO economy button with a light on it on the other side??? just a guess... what happens when he presses it?
