Thats where i got both of my Molyslips from, order same working day and deliver tomorrow.
I have changed my gearbox oil for the best stuff available, hardly any notchiness now. Will add the Moly G when i go to post Friday and compare.
In about 1993 i came across an oil product called Fastex, found out it has an MOD part number but need to import a large costly consignment. Basically you warm metal parts up to around 100 degrees spread the oil over it infiltrates the microscopic porous surfaces. Water repellant no need to strip item down after rain, offered less wear, less friction on mechanical products. Lasted about 6 months. Unable to get any since around 1996 though there have been alternatives but not as good.
I was hoping the ZX1 was same/similar, they do it in Halfords £18.
Anything that reduces friction is a good thing. If it saves 1 mile per gallon however much it costs, it will pay for itself.
