Just in case anyone thought that Vauxhall never actually help out customers...
When I picked my car up I didn't think that the ride height at the front was right. According to the service history the springs were changed in September last year. Compared my car to another while Benny did the chain at the weekend and it is definitely wrong. After talking to Adam (Parts guy) at J Davy Basingstoke we discovered that the part number was wrong. These were the standard springs and not the correct ones for a lowered sports chassis. He & Benny recommended talking to the dealer which fitted them. I did this and they have agreed to buy and fit the correct springs for free!!! Therefore saving me at least £160 just for the parts!!! I know it is there cock up but still it was done during the previous owners term and not mine...
